I've stayed many places across the country. And this hotel exceeded all of them. By far. I have to commend the entire staff for their excellent ethic. The place was spotless!!!! From the outer areas to the inner areas. You can tell every staff member took pride in their work. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. It was by far the staff that made this stay what it was. I instantly connected with Daniel at the front desk! He knew my little town and all. The other concierge as well, and the ladies in the morning were outstanding. There was one in particular, that we had quite a few laughs. She was above and beyond towards her duties and just being personable. I just want to make sure this hotel is recognized for their hard work and efforts. The place was literally wall to wall people, families mostly. Oh mercy, so much to accomplish, so much!!! They never skipped a single beat. What a phenomenal team!!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay 😁 The Walkers.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was special, plenty of choice and a pancake machine I’ve never seen before. Kids loved it. We enjoyed the bar across from the entrance in the evening. The hotel offered a pool that kids would love. We found the hotel location near the road we were on so this was great for us, no noise in room though.

There are 2 pools, the one has a waterslide and kiddy pool area. This would be a great place to stay with kids! The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and caring, ready to meet your every need and make sure you were comfortable. There is a restaurant right next door to walk to that had excellent food.

My daughter loved the slide & pool area. Breakfast had several items to choose from. I liked that there were gluten free choices available. We ran out of towels in the middle of the night & called the front desk. They promptly brought us up as many towels as we needed. There were big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & lotion in the bathroom. This was a nice touch!

We stopped here for a night on our way back from Niagara Falls. We loved the location and the pool features. We also loved the spacious gathering space down the hall from our room, where we could eat dinner. The staff was helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants with takeout or delivery available.
